On November 30th 2023 was “Wires” by Nina Nadig the 13th edition of cards curated by Andres Gorzycki

Nina chose Eduardo Chillida’s sculpture “Ein Haus für Goethe” in the Taunusanlage, as a scenario for her concert. She sang Hildegard Knef classics and distorted the sounds through the wires connected to her computer. We also chose to hang a work of her with wires from the sculpture, as part of the scenography. The sun was shining that day and that is an extraordinary event in the gray frankfurter autumn times. As she started singing some sun beams went right directly through the scenario, illuminating the scene and these little uncontrollable details are what gives sense to everything for me.
